PARIVISION defeated Aurora to win the DreamLeague Season 29 championship.

Eastern European Dota 2 team PARIVISION defeated regional rivals Aurora Gaming 3-2 to win the DreamLeague Season 29 Grand Finals, which concluded on Monday.

With this victory, PARIVISION earned a prize of $290,000. This is the team's first Tier 1 tournament title in the 2025-2026 competitive season, and their second DreamLeague trophy in team history.

PARIVISION had a lackluster start to the season. However, after hiring legendary player Puppey as their coach at the end of January, the team's performance gradually improved. This victory puts them back in contention for The International 2026 (TI) in August and they are expected to receive a direct invite.

On their way to the finals of this tournament, PARIVISION only lost one series in the group stage. After entering the playoffs' upper bracket, they defeated Team Liquid, Team Falcons, and Team Spirit three times in a row with a score of 2-1 to advance to the grand finals.

The final stage was fiercely contested. The first four games saw the two teams trade wins. In the crucial fifth and decisive game, Aurora attempted to end the game quickly with a high-tempo lineup, but PARIVISION withstood their opponent's early attacks.

Subsequently, PARIVISION's core player, Satanic, successfully developed the "Dwarf Helicopter" build and forced his opponent to concede defeat at 38 minutes.

After this competition, both PARIVISION and runner-up Aurora secured direct invitations to the 2026 eSports World Cup in Paris, France, in July, based on their high rankings on the leaderboard.
