In an interview, Chelsea's new manager, Rosé, spoke about his experience coaching the "Blues," saying he quickly felt at home with the team and encouraged the players to work together to make the team better.

When discussing the challenges of the packed schedule, Rossene said, "We have to build ourselves into the best team. Due to limited training time, I have to focus on strengthening certain key areas. Currently, the team is mainly focused on physical recovery. Tomorrow, if the physical load allows, I will probably only have about half an hour for training and tactical drills."

"But besides that, there are other aspects I can work on to change, such as the team's team spirit. With the abilities of the players I have, we can definitely make substantial progress in a short period of time."
