NIP official statement: 21-year-old sniper r1nkle has been relegated to the bench.

NIP's CS2 division officially announced on Wednesday that 21-year-old Ukrainian sniper Artem Moroz (ID: r1nkle) has been relegated to the bench.

Regarding this adjustment, NIP stated in a statement: "From competing in VRS to making it to the Major, r1nkle's journey with us will be forever remembered."

"All good things must come to an end. Today we bid farewell to r1nkle1. Thank you for everything you have done for this team, both in and out of the game."

r1nkle previously played for Marlian, ex-Marlian, and B8. In April 2024, he replaced headtr1ck in NIP's starting lineup. To date, he has played 415 maps and participated in 9086 rounds for NIP, with an average rating of 1.10, and helped the team reach the second stage of the 2025 StarLadder Budapest Major.

However, r1nkle's competitive form has clearly declined this year. His average rating for 2026 is only 1.08, dropping further to 1.02 against top 50 teams. As a result, NIP suffered setbacks in the BLAST Rotterdam Open and Stake Ranked Season 1, ultimately missing out on a spot at IEM Cologne 2026.
