League of Legends: Former 100 Thieves top laner Dhokla officially joins LYON..

Mexican League of Legends club LYON announced on Tuesday via their official X (Twitter) account that former 100 Thieves top laner Dhokla has officially joined the team.
According to LYON's official statement, Dhokla will temporarily replace Chinese descent player Frankie Lin (Zamudo) who has faced repeated visa issues, as the team's starting top laner.
Dhokla will play with the team in the upcoming LCS Lock-In which will due to be held at the end of this month until Zamudo's visa problems are fully resolved.
About Dhokla
The 28-year-old Dhokla was born on July 17, 1997, in the United States and holds dual U.S. and Indian citizenship.
Dhokla has been a professional League of Legends esports player since December 2016, primarily playing as a top laner, but also capable of playing as a jungler, as well as holding coaching qualifications.
Dhokla played for OpTic Gaming in his early years, but his performances was not outstanding. Later, he also played for TSM Academy, SolaFide and Wildcard Red, and won the Challengers Uprising Season 3 with the the latter.
In June 2021, Dhokla joined Liquid Academy and won the LCS Academy Summer Split with the team.
In November of the same year, Dhokla transferred to Counter Logic Gaming (CLG) Academy and was officially promoted to the CLG main team in June of the following year.
During his time with CLG, Dhokla reached the LCS Spring Split and the LCS Summer Split knockout stage with the team.
In April 2023, Dhokla joined NRG.
During this spell, he won the LCS Summer Split once with the team and also reached the 2023 League of Legends World Championship, but lost to WBG 1:3 in the knockout stage.
In January of the following year, Dhokla joined NTMR, but the team disbanded in February of the same year after being acquired by Citadel Gaming before he could even play a match.
In July 2025, Dhokla joined 100 Thieves as a coach, but a month later became their top laner.
During his six-month stint with 100 Thieves, Dhokla helped the team achieve a third-place finish in the LTA Finals and a top-14 finish in the League of Legends World Championship.
