Liquid officially returns to Overwatch competitive scene with a brand new roster..


American e-sports powerhouse Liquid, announced on Wednesday through its official Twitter account that the team will return to the Overwatch e-sports competitive scene with a brand new roster.


According to Liquid's official statement, this will be the team's return to the Overwatch professional e-sports scene after 5 years. The team's new roster will debut in the Overwatch Champions Series 2025 as a partner team.


The new roster of Liquid is composed of rookies and experienced players. The most interesting one is Toronto Defiant's Bangladeshi-American support, Rupal.


Another member who has attracted much attention is the Hong Kong team TALON's former Korean DPS, KNIFE.


Other members include Odyssey's, former Korean-American DPS TR33, Rupal's former teammate, Mexican-American support Vega, and NTMR's former American Tank Infekted.


In addition, former Toronto Defiant coaches Casores and Danny will serve as Liquid's head coach and assistant coach respectively.

The Stage 1 of the Overwatch Champions Series 2025 North American regular season will start on January 31st.
