Crystal Palace boss Oliver Glasner hopes his side will advance to the semi-finals

The FA Cup quarter-final is about to start, Crystal Palace will challenge Fulham away, and coach Oliver Glasner hopes the team can win and advance to the semi-finals.

In the pre-match press conference, Glasner talked about the chances of advancing to the quarter-finals. "Of course, it would be a great achievement. I know everyone is looking forward to such an opportunity," Glasner said.

"Palace have been to Wembley twice in the last nine years and it's a huge moment for the club. When you look at the eight teams that have made it to the quarter-finals, other than Guardiola, it's very rare for a manager to have that opportunity.

“For Crystal Palace it’s a special experience as well. We’re a team that doesn’t often find ourselves in this situation so we went all out to try and beat Fulham and get through to the semi-final.”

This is not the first time that Crystal Palace and Fulham have met. They have already met twice this season. Fulham won at Crystal Palace's home ground and Crystal Palace also won at Fulham's home ground. Regarding the match against Fulham, Glasner said: "We are now in the quarter-finals and facing a very strong team."

"We know them, we've played them twice. We won at their home ground and they beat us at Hurst Park. We're not far behind in the Premier League table, so it's going to be a close game."

"Fulham are keen to get to Wembley so we have to go out there and play at our best. If we can do that then we have a chance of winning the game and that is our aim."
