League of Legends: Los Ratones original roster members return as Wildcraft and will complete at the EMEA Masters..

Sheep Esports reported on Thursday that the original roster of the British League of Legends club Los Ratones will return under the Witchcraft banner after the team's disbandment and will participate in the EMEA Masters.

According to the report, rumours of the original Los Ratones roster forming a new team had been circulating on X (Twitter) for some time, and now those rumors have come true.

The Witchcraft roster will consist of Bwipo (top laner), Velja (jungler), Nemesis (mid laner), Crownie (bot lane), and Rekkles (support). YamatoCannon will serve as the team's head coach, while Shaves will serve as assistant coach.

Since former top laner Thebausffs has repeatedly stated that he has no intention of continuing as a full-time player, he is the only former Los Ratones roster member not involved in this reorganization.

Additionally, Sanchovies will become a substitute for the team. The Canadian top laner has confirmed this to the online media outlet.

Due to a lack of clear competitive opportunities, the players were initially expected to go their separate ways. However, with adjustments to the EMEA Masters and Esports World Cup qualifier formats, this change has opened the door for the team to continue working together.

Witchcraft has now confirmed their participation in the EMEA Masters. This will be the first time the roster has reunited for a major tournament since the disbandment of Los Ratones.

Their main goal is to secure a top-two finish, thus qualifying for the Esports World Cup qualifiers to face LEC teams.

In this tournament, the new roster will compete as the fourth seed from the NLC region, and key members of the NLC region also played for the ERL region last year.

Due to this seeding, they will directly enter the EMEA Masters group stage, which consists of eight groups.

In the Esports World Cup qualifiers, 12 EMEA teams will compete: 10 LEC teams and two top teams from the EMEA Masters.

The competition will determine two Esports World Cup qualifier spots and a total prize pool of $2 million.

In addition to the LEC Spring champions, EMEA will have three teams representing the region to compete against top teams from the LPL, LCK, and other major regions.

About Los Ratones

Founded in November 2024, Los Ratones rapidly rose to prominence in secondary leagues, thanks largely to Caedrel and his star-studded roster, including players like Nemesis, Rekkles, and Baus.

In July 2025, the former H2K ace mid-laner / jungler even represented the team as a support in the NLC.

Over the past two years, this rapidly growing club has become one of the most popular teams in the European League of Legends professional esports scene.

In June 2025, over 220,000 viewers watched and witnessed Los Ratones defeat NORD in the NLC Spring Finals.

After a series of impressive Tier 2 tournament victories, including two EMEA Masters titles, Los Ratones were selected as one of the two ERL teams to participate in the inaugural LEC season.

The team's appearances during the LEC Versus also brought phenomenal viewership to the league. The match between Los Ratones and Vitality peaked at 591,691 viewers.

In February 2026, Caedrel announced that Los Ratones was disbanding due to their failure to secure qualification to the 2026 LEC by year-end.
