Premier League – Cardiogoru scores as Chelsea lose 0-3 to Brighton

The 34th round of the 2025/26 Premier League season saw Chelsea suffer a 0-3 defeat to Brighton after conceding goals in both halves.

Two minutes into the match, Gross chipped a pass into the penalty area, where an unmarked Kaoru Mitoma took a shot, but it was saved by Chelsea goalkeeper Robert Sanchez. In the third minute, Brighton's corner kick was deflected by Chelsea defender Jorel Hatto, and then Kadiognoglou slotted it home, giving Brighton a dream start of 1-0.
