9INE Official Announcement: Effective immediately, rifler cej0t has been relegated to the bench.

European CS2 team 9INE announced on Friday that Jan Deer (ID: cej0t) has been relegated to the bench, effective immediately.

"We thank Yang for his hard work during his time with the team," 9INE wrote in a statement. "We wish you a bright future!"

19-year-old cej0t is from Poland and has played for several CS teams during his professional career, including PSQ, KRAKEN, AVEZ, ThunderFlash, Ungentium, Sprout, Endpoint, and SAW. His greatest achievement was reaching the second stage of ESL Pro League Season 21 with SAW.

In July 2025, cej0t replaced Jonathan Persson (ID: bobeksde) as the rifler for 9INE. To date, he has played 257 maps and participated in 5697 rounds for 9INE, with an average personal rating of 1.02, and helped the team win the 2025 Birch Cup championship.

All indications suggest that 9INE's move is just the beginning of a roster rebuild. Faced with a dramatic drop in their VRS rankings from the top 20 to 60th, they are expected to implement a series of remedial measures in the coming period.
