Spanish League of Legends club Team Heretics announced on Tuesday via their official X (Twitter) account that jungler Sheo has been benched and academy player Daglas has been promoted to the main roster.
According to Heretics' official statement, the coaching staff recently evaluated the performance of all players on the roster, and Sheo proactively requested to be benched the following day.
Ultimately, the coaching staff decided to respect Sheo's wishes and immediately promoted Daglas to the main roster.
With this promotion, Daglas will be playing in the LEC for the second time in his career.
Three years ago, he was promoted to Vitality's main roster, replacing Zhou Yangbo (ID: Bo), who was then relegated to the bench.
Bo later joined Karmine Corp, but parted ways with the team in November 2024.
However, Daglas's position was taken by Lyncas a year later.
After that, although Daglas was demoted back to the academy team, his individual performance for Vitality.Bee was quite impressive.
Since joining in early 2025, Sheo has played a veteran role for Heretics, a team built with a long-term vision.
He was retained this season, and after the LEC Versus, support player Stend was relegated to the bench, making Sheo the team's longest-serving member.
However, this change did not immediately translate into improved performance. Currently, Heretics has only achieved a 1-5 record in the regular season, and their hopes of making the playoffs are dwindling.
Despite reaching the playoffs during the LEC Versus, Heretics does not seem to have made significant progress since the event.
Heretics' current roster is as follows:
Top: Tracyn
Jungle: Daglas
Mid: Serin
Bot: Ice
Support: Way
Substitute: Sheo (benched)
