Germany U19s international goalkeeper Florian Hellstern signs first professional contract with Stuttgart..

Stuttgart announced on their official website on Tuesday that they have signed Germany U19s international goalkeeper Florian Hellstern to his first professional contract.

According to Stuttgart's official statement, Hellstern has signed on a five-year deal with the club which runs that runs until the summer of 2031.

In his first interview with Stuttgart's official website after completing the contract signing, Hellstern said: "I am very happy with the contract extension. Stuttgart is like home to me. I was born in Bad Cannstatt and grew up in Stuttgart."

"It's very special to be playing in the 3. Liga at this age; not everyone has this opportunity. But at the same time, I am also very aware that I still have a lot to improve."

About Florian Hellstern

The 18-year-old Hellstern was born on October 18, 2007, in Bad Cannstatt, Germany. He is 1.88 meters tall and plays as a goalkeeper.

Hellstern played for the youth academy of non-league club Waiblingen as a child, and joined Stuttgart's youth academy in 2017 and begin playing for their U21s team in the summer of 2025.

To date, Hellstern has made 33 appearances for the Bundesliga powerhouse's U21s team in all competitions, conceding 50 goals and keeping 4 clean sheets.
