Imagine you're a professional esports player, witnessing the rapid development of the esports industry, where artificial intelligence is being used in almost everything. As you get older, your hand-eye coordination might not keep up with your mind, making you a step behind others. Plus, after years of playing, your thinking might become stagnant, unable to break out of the mold. No wonder the industry values youth training. Young people are ambitious and their value can be built. Even if a minor breaks a record and wins the youngest honor, they will be replaced in less than a year.
Young people have explosive energy and that drive to fight, which is a good thing. However, they lack training, their observation of the game is not delicate, they are easily blinded by emotions, and they don't know how to hide their true strength. They feel frustrated when they are weak and recklessly rush into things when they have an advantage. Therefore, the existence of coaches is to make up for these shortcomings. A player's career can come and go in an instant. It is not easy to change fields and develop again. Changing careers is the best way. After retiring, oskar decided to focus on coaching.
He wrote on social media about his feelings, saying that his career had been full of ups and downs and he had made many wrong decisions, but he was still proud of the glory he had won back. This achievement had surpassed his childhood dream. However, time flies and he no longer had enough energy to continue being a player. These 20 years of experience and knowledge were his most valuable assets, and he believed that the coach would bring him a new world.
Oskar has won four major CS:GO championships and was selected twice as one of HLTV's Top 20 players; he is definitely not a nobody.
