paiN Official: Former MIBR sniper saffee has officially joined the team.

Brazilian CS2 team paiN has confirmed the signing of former MIBR sniper Rafael Costa (ID: saffee). He will replace Lucas Soares (ID: nqz), who took a break from competition earlier this month, in the starting lineup and will travel with the team to the upcoming IEM Atlanta tournament.

Saffee, 31, played for paiN for nearly two years (2020-2022), during which he played on 290 maps and participated in 7677 rounds, with an average personal rating of 1.28. His return to paiN means that the two teams are teaming up again after four years.

Besides paiN and MIBR, saffee has also played for several other CS teams, including New England Whalers, Paquetá, FURIA, and MIBR. His most representative achievement is undoubtedly winning the IEM Rio Major with FURIA in 2022.

With the addition of Saffee, paiN's starting lineup is now confirmed as follows:
