Moises Caicedo stated that the team is rapidly adapting to the head coach's philosophy and striving to perform at its best in every competition.

Moises Caicedo says the team is quickly adapting to and learning Liam Rossellini's coaching philosophy after the team's victory over Brentford in his first Premier League match in charge. Rossellini's tenure began with several cup games, including Chelsea's midweek defeat to Arsenal while Caicedo was suspended.

Chelsea secured their first league win in over a month in Liam Rossellini's debut in charge. Moises Caicedo played a key role in the team's hard-fought victory over the in-form Brentford and reviewed a satisfying matchday at Stamford Bridge.

Moises Caicedo said: "We are really happy. It was a very difficult game and our first league win under the new manager. In the Premier League, sometimes you have to play these kinds of games because every game is tough. We knew Brentford were strong, so we gave it our all and got the three points."

The player also discussed the specific demands Liam Rossene made of him and other midfielders. The Ecuadorian international stated that adapting to new tactical concepts mid-season is an essential skill for professional players, and he believes the team is approaching this challenge with a positive attitude.

Moises Caicedo said: "He wants the midfielders to have more of the ball, so I'm trying to do that. The Premier League is very tough because there are a lot of one-on-one situations. But in the two games he's in charge, I feel I've performed well and I believe I'll get better in every game."

“The players are working hard to adapt as quickly as possible because we need to play at our best in every competition, especially in this one. The team’s response has been very positive, and we are delighted that he has come here. He is a very good coach who has achieved excellent results in Strasbourg, and it is a pleasure to work with him every day now.”
