Moises Caicedo has extended his contract with Chelsea until 2033.

Chelsea Football Club has officially announced that Moises Caicedo has extended his contract with the club until 2033. Since joining in August 2023, the midfielder has quickly developed into a key member of the team and is considered one of the best midfielders in football today.

He has made 140 appearances for Chelsea and played a key role in the team's UEFA and Club World Cup victories.

After signing the contract extension, Moises Caicedo said: "I am very happy to stay at Chelsea. I have full confidence in this team and this club, and I believe we are on the right track, and this journey has just begun ."

“I still have many goals to achieve, and I hope to improve myself every day. I want to win more honors with Chelsea and give my all for the club and the fans. Moises Caicedo joined Stamford Bridge from Brighton ahead of the 2023/24 season. As his third season at Chelsea draws to a close, he has solidified his leadership role in the team and impressed with his outstanding performances on the pitch.

He scored 8 goals in 140 appearances for Chelsea, one of which was named the team's Goal of the Season in 2024. Moises Caicedo's outstanding performance in the 2024/25 season helped the team win two titles, and he also won both the fan vote and the team's Player of the Season.

Moises Caicedo has worn the captain's armband several times this season, most recently in last weekend's match against Manchester City. The club is delighted that he remains with the team and looks forward to a new chapter for him at Chelsea.
